The new system continuously analyzes the device’s status. Based on this, the service aims to provide users with support during setup as well as daily use.
Support for Select Models
The service is aimed at owners of PIXMA series inkjet printers, and Canon is offering it free of charge. However, the update does not apply across the board to every device in the lineup, but is limited to select PIXMA models.
