Apple has unexpectedly released the first preview build of iOS 27.2. The upcoming iPhone update primarily features a completely redesigned Health app alongside additional languages for Siri AI.
What’s New in the iOS 27.2 Beta
The initial preview focuses heavily on the Health app, with Apple giving its fitness and vitals tracking application a comprehensive overhaul.
Also included in the first beta are additional languages for Siri AI, expanding the voice assistant’s reach to more user groups.
Notes for Testers
Anyone considering joining the beta tests should proceed with caution: early test builds of new point releases can be unstable, cause unexpected crashes, or noticeably drain battery life. Installing it on a daily primary device is therefore discouraged. Users who still want to try the preview version on a secondary test device should first create a full backup of their iPhone via a computer or an encrypted cloud backup.
