At IFA 2026 in Berlin, Roborock showed off an unusually broad lineup of new vacuum and mopping robots – led by the stair-climbing Saros Rover and the Saros 20 series, built to clear tall door thresholds.
Saros Rover: wheels that become legs
The visual centerpiece is the Saros Rover. Instead of fixed rollers it uses a wheel-leg architecture with extendable wheels that, according to Roborock, let it drive over small obstacles and even tackle individual stair steps between floors. The robot relies on motion sensors and 3D spatial data to orient itself. Roborock first teased the concept at CES 2026; in Berlin the company gave no price or release date.
Saros 20: high thresholds, powerful roller mop
More down to earth are the Saros 20 Flow Complete and Saros 20 Neo. Both pair vacuuming with mopping and are built to handle double-layer floor and door thresholds more easily. Roborock lists the Neo at 36,000 Pa of suction, a 3.14-inch profile and a threshold capability up to 8.8 centimeters. In the US it ships as the Qrevo Edge 3 Pro, launching around IFA. The Flow Complete uses the self-cleaning SpiraFlow 2.0 roller mop and is expected to follow in October.
F25 Ultra Steam Gen 2: steam in 30 seconds
Also new is the upright F25 Ultra Steam Gen 2 steam cleaner. Its preheated tank, Roborock says, delivers stable steam at roughly 180 °C (356 °F) in about 30 seconds and pushes out up to 2.5 times more steam volume. The unit adjusts automatically to different floor types. A US launch is planned for late September.
Roborock did not disclose pricing at the announcement. US availability for some models also remains open – owing to recent FCC restrictions on certain foreign-made robots.
