Soundcore at IFA 2026: Liberty Buds 2 and Space 2 Pro Add an AI Chip

At IFA 2026 in Berlin, Anker showed off a wave of new Soundcore headphones. The headliners are the Liberty Buds 2 in-ears at $130 and the Space 2 Pro over-ears at $200 – both, Anker says, going on sale September 22.

Liberty Buds 2: an AI chip in the budget earbuds

The Liberty Buds 2 rely on Anker’s new Thus AI chip, which the company says sharpens active noise cancellation. According to Anker, a six-microphone system handles ANC alongside a dedicated Comfort mode. Sound comes from a custom driver built around a 9.2mm wool-paper diaphragm. At $130, the buds land squarely in the mid-range.

Space 2 Pro: up to 60 hours of battery

The Space 2 Pro over-ears also use the Thus chip and, per Anker, an adaptive ANC driven by an eight-sensor array (SoundGuys cites 35mm drivers and six mics). Anker rates battery life at up to 30 hours with ANC on and up to 60 hours with it off. The headphones cost $200 and ship in several colors.

Soundcore also showed additional audio gear arriving at different points:

  • AeroClip 2 (open-ear, LDAC): $170, from September 22
  • Sleep Earbuds 4: $229, from October
  • Sleep Earbuds 4 Pro with heart-rate sensor: $349, from November
  • AeroClip 2 Pro: price and date still unannounced

Anker did not give euro prices at launch. Whether the low-cost Thus chip actually delivers near-premium sound will have to wait for reviews once the products ship.
