Google has unveiled the Pixel 11 line – Pixel 11, 11 Pro and 11 Pro XL with the new Tensor G6 chip, the latest Gemini Nano model and upgraded cameras. The devices go on sale on 20 August.
Chip and AI
According to Google, the Tensor G6 is up to 20 percent more power-efficient than the G5, launches apps about 15 percent faster, and offers 50 percent more TPU compute – letting on-device AI tasks run up to 3.5 times faster. The chip runs the Gemini Nano model directly on the device.
Camera and battery
- Pixel 11 Pro: 50 MP main camera, 48 MP ultrawide and a 48 MP periscope telephoto with 5x optical and up to 120x “Pro” zoom.
- The camera bar is 40 percent thinner.
- Battery life of over 30 hours depending on usage.
