Enterprise AI: Wonderful Raises $550 Million at $5 Billion Valuation

AI startup Wonderful has raised $550 million in a Series C round, lifting its valuation to roughly $5 billion – double what it was little more than six months ago. The company says the round was led by Insight Partners, with Salesforce investing for the first time.

A bet on the “AI operating system”

Wonderful, with roots in Israel and headquartered in Amsterdam, pitches itself as the provider of an “AI operating system” for enterprises. Its platform is designed to coordinate agents, workflows and AI applications and connect them to a company’s data and existing systems. The firm first gained traction with AI agents for customer service.

Rapid growth in a matter of months

Wonderful had only closed a $150 million Series B at a $2 billion valuation in March 2026. Since then, the company says it has expanded to more than 35 markets and around 650 employees. Alongside Insight Partners and Salesforce, the round drew Index Ventures, IVP, Bessemer Venture Partners, Vine Ventures and 9Yards.

Context

The deal joins a run of AI mega-rounds. What stands out is the pace: the valuation doubled in under six months. Whether Wonderful’s claim of becoming the “operating system” for enterprise AI holds up against Salesforce, Microsoft and ServiceNow remains to be seen.
