Hama at IFA 2026: Smart Ring and AI Headphones Turn Into an Ecosystem

At IFA 2026 in Berlin, Hama turns its accessories business into an experience ecosystem: the „Ring One“ smart ring at 129 euros with no subscription and the „Passion Clarity AI“ headphones anchor a connected push across wearables, audio and smart home.

Ring One: health tracking without a subscription

On sale since 7 August, the Ring One continuously measures heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen saturation and body temperature, analyses sleep and recognises 120 sports. The stainless-steel ring lasts up to four days on a charge, carries a 5 ATM water rating and signals incoming notifications by vibrating on the finger. All data is read in the free Hama Active app – and unlike market leader Oura, there is no monthly fee. The ring comes in matte black and matte silver and in US sizes 7 to 12.

Passion Clarity AI: translation straight into your ear

The second pillar is the Passion Clarity AI headphones, developed with Munich software specialist Bragi, which already won the IFA Innovation Award in the „Best in Audio“ category in 2025. They pair active noise cancellation with a live translation feature and a built-in chat AI, while the Bragi Sound app adapts the sound to individual listening habits. The headphones ship during 2026 under item number 00221819 – Hama has yet to name a price.

More than a ring and headphones

Hama flanks the two launches with further connected devices and a smart home platform that, by its own figures, counts around one million actively used devices and more than 1.1 million registered users. About 75 percent of its smart home products support the vendor-neutral Matter standard:

  • a children’s smartwatch with video and voice calls plus live location
  • an outdoor smartwatch „Vertex“ with offline maps and long battery life
  • a Home app adding up to 50,000 newly set-up devices per month

With this bundle of ring, AI audio and smart home, the Monheim-based maker best known for its accessories positions itself for the first time as a provider of one coherent everyday ecosystem rather than standalone products.
