Kia has confirmed pricing and range for the compact EV3 electric SUV in the US market. It starts at $29,890, with deliveries beginning in late 2026 – including a NACS port for Tesla Superchargers.
Pricing and range
The base model (Light FWD) starts at $29,890, or around $31,385 with the destination charge. Five trims are on offer: Light, Wind, Land, GT-Line and GT. For range, Kia splits two batteries: the standard version (58.3 kWh) reaches about 221 miles (EPA), while the long-range variant (81.4 kWh) manages up to 321 miles.
NACS and a 400-volt base
In North America, all EV3s have a built-in NACS charge port and can use Tesla Superchargers without an adapter. Technically, the EV3 is built on a 400-volt version of the E-GMP platform, making it cheaper than the brand’s 800-volt models.
Context
With a price under $30,000, Kia targets the affordable mass market – a segment crucial to the broad adoption of EVs. These figures apply to the US market; European prices differ.
