Samsung has officially unveiled the Galaxy S26 FE – the more affordable “Fan Edition” of its flagship. In Europe the phone starts at 799 euros, in the US at $699.99; sales begin in early September.
The specs
The S26 FE is powered by Samsung’s own Exynos 2500 chip (3nm process). The 6.7-inch display is a Dynamic AMOLED 2X with FHD+ resolution, up to 120Hz refresh rate and 1,900 nits peak brightness. A 4,900 mAh battery handles the runtime.
Prices and variants
In Europe the 128 GB version costs 799 euros, 256 GB is 899 euros and 512 GB is 1,099 euros (each with 8 GB of RAM). Color options are Blueberry, Graphite and Pistachio. The device is available from 3 September at select carriers, and from 4 September broadly at retail and via Samsung.com.
What it means
The FE line traditionally offers plenty of flagship feel at a lower price. The S26 FE is seen as a rather iterative update – appealing above all to anyone wanting current Samsung tech without the full Ultra premium.
