Hot deal! 85″ for under $900? that’s a real steal.

  2. PetraS

Absolutely, but I wonder if the HDR is worth it. I’ve heard some say it’s not as good as the QM7K.

Depends on your use case. if you’re using it for streaming and gaming, the QM6K is solid. if you’re looking for a home theater experience, the QM7K is better.

I’d like to know the energy efficiency. is it better than the QM7K? for someone who wants to save on power bills, that’s a plus.

        1. PetraS

Yes, it does support dolby vision. i’d say it’s one of the better options in this price range for that feature.

          1. PetraS

It lists both hdr10 and dolby vision, but no mention of hdr10+. i’ve read that it doesn’t support that, though. not a big deal for me.

Also, check if it has hdr10+. i’ve heard some models don’t support that even if they say they do.

So, if i’m into audio, the QM7K is better. but for video, both are similar.

Idealo has the QM7K at $1098, same as UVP. this one is $898, so unless there’s a price error, it’s a better deal.

    1. BirgitM

I checked, no price error. it’s just a different model. QM6K vs QM7K. same panel, different features. QM7K has better speakers, maybe.

      1. Sascha81

From what i’ve read, it has dts and dolby atmos, but not as many codecs as the QM7K.

  4. Sascha81

So, is the QM6K worth it for the price difference? i don’t really care about the speakers.

    1. Vanessa_F

Found a user review that said QM6K is slightly more efficient, but the difference is negligible. probably not worth it for that alone.

  5. Doro_A

Does it support dolby vision? i’m looking for a smart tv with good HDR and Dolby.

  6. Rene95

Does it have any audio codecs worth mentioning? i’ve seen some models with dts and dolby atmos.
