Adding a blocklist to Unbound 

sudo curl -fsSL "https://github.com/fabriziosalmi/blacklists/releases/download/latest/unbound_blacklist.txt" -o /etc/unbound/unbound.conf.d/blocklist.conf
sudo unbound-checkconf && sudo systemctl restart unbound

Ensure include: "/etc/unbound/unbound.conf.d/*.conf" is present in your Unbound configuration.
