Saw these on Idealo for 55 before, so 40 is a solid deal. Any idea on battery life?

That’s a good point. Reparability is a big plus. I’d rather have something that can be fixed than throw it away.

Agreed. I’ve had a few speakers die over time, and the cost of replacement parts can add up. These seem to be made to last.

I’ve heard some people report slight lag with Bluetooth on PC. But for most people, it’s negligible. If you’re into competitive gaming, though, wired is safer.

No battery. Wired only. But they have Bluetooth, so you can pair with a phone or a controller.

That makes sense. The G1000 is a good all-rounder. If you’re not using them for high-end gaming, they’re a solid pick.

So no internal battery. That’s a bit of a downer for me. I use mine in the bedroom with a PS5. Would need a power strip nearby.

Not a big fan of the 2.0 setup either. I’ve been eyeing the G1200 for a while. It has 3.0 and better soundstage.

The G1200 is a bit pricier, but if you can get them under 70, it’s worth the upgrade. Just need to check if there are any price errors on Idealo.

I use Bluetooth for music, but gaming is a different beast. If you’re using a console, latency shouldn’t be a problem. But if you’re using a PC, you might need a dongle or a wired connection.

Heard these are pretty durable. I’ve had the G500 for three years and they still sound good. No complaints.

    1. Dennis104

True. I mostly use them for music and movies, so Bluetooth is fine. For gaming, I’d probably go wired.

Wired only? I like the convenience of Bluetooth. But if you’re gaming, latency might be an issue.
