This is a solid monitor. QD-OLED is great for colour accuracy, and HDMI 2.1 support is a big plus for gaming.

Agreed. I’ve been eyeing this one for a while. What’s the refresh rate on this model?

      1. Kalle103

It’s 144Hz with G-Sync Ultimate. Perfect for fast-paced games. Also, the HDR performance is top-tier.

How’s the audio quality? I tend to use headphones, but I’m curious if the speakers are decent for casual use.

I’ve been using one of these for a few months now. The setup is a bit fiddly with the HDR settings, but once it’s calibrated, it’s brilliant.

Not that I’m aware of. Stabilisation is more common on phones or cameras. For monitors, it’s not really a thing. But the screen is very sharp.

I’ve had a similar model for a few years now. The build is sturdy and the screen is bright even in daylight.

The speakers are nothing to write home about, but they’re passable for YouTube or quick videos. Definitely not for music, though.

This is exactly the kind of monitor I’ve been looking for. I’ve been using a 4K monitor for movies, but the 144Hz is a game-changer.

Yes, the stand is included. It’s a bit on the heavy side, but that’s to keep it stable. I think it’s a fair price given the features.

I’m a bit sceptical about the price drop. I’ve seen similar models on IdealO for £350–£370 before. Does it come with a stand?

      1. SilkeD

That’s a relief. I was worried it might be another ‘motion smoothing’ gimmick. Glad to hear it’s not needed here.

I’ve been looking for a monitor with a decent stabilisation feature for streaming. Does this one have that?
