It Work?<\/h2>\r\n<p>Check under <strong>Settings &gt; System &gt; Network<\/strong> to see if the Wi-Fi adapter has disappeared or is no longer listed. At the OS level, running the command <code>nmcli device<\/code> will now show the status of <code>wlan0<\/code> as <em>unmanaged<\/em> or not list the interface at all.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Troubleshooting<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Wi-Fi remains active despite config.txt:<\/strong> If you placed the <code>dtoverlay=disable-wifi<\/code> parameter into a model-specific block (such as <code>[cm5]<\/code>) instead of <code>[all]<\/code>, it might be ignored. Move the entry to the very bottom of the document or under <code>[all]<\/code>.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>No access to \/boot or \/etc\/NetworkManager via SSH:<\/strong> By default, the standard Terminal add-on runs isolated inside a container.
