Les r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9s fin ao\u00fbt 2026 dans la revue Nature Medicine.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Red\u00e9marrage d&#8217;un syst\u00e8me immunitaire en mauvais \u00e9tat<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En th\u00e9rapie cellulaire CAR-T, les cellules immunitaires d&#8217;un patient sont con\u00e7ues en laboratoire pour reconna\u00eetre et d\u00e9truire les cellules B qui provoquent la maladie. Dans l&#8217;essai, connu sous le nom de COMPARE, les six patients \u2013 trois femmes et trois hommes \u00e2g\u00e9s de 31 \u00e0 69 ans \u2013 ont re\u00e7u une seule perfusion du produit
