Apple subsequently returned to court.<\/p>\n<p>The current hearing dealt solely with the gag order for now. Apple&#8217;s legal counsel argued that the authorities&#8217; continued refusal to publicly acknowledge the order&#8217;s existence prevents open public debate and violates the principles of open justice.
