AWS had previously committed to more than one million Nvidia GPUs starting in 2026. The compute is meant to power customer workloads from agentic AI and scientific research to &#8220;physical AI&#8221; (robotics).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AI factories for the US government too<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The expanded collaboration also covers &#8220;AI factories,&#8221; networking, data processing and open models.
